Local App Preferences: The App stores your timer settings (such as interval durations, countdown/count-up mode selections, and voice options) locally on your device. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

2. Device Permissions and Usage

The App requests certain permissions strictly necessary for its functionality:

• Foreground Service (FOREGROUND_SERVICE / FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE): Used to keep the timer running reliably and continue audio voice countdowns even when the screen is locked or the app is minimized.
• Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used on Android 13+ to display active timer status and quick playback controls in the notification drawer while the timer is in progress.
• Internet (INTERNET): Used by third-party advertising and billing services to load ads or process purchases.

3. Third-Party Services & Advertising

The App may use third-party service providers that collect information used to identify your device or process transactions:

• Google AdMob: We may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process pseudonymous identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID), device identifiers, cookies, IP addresses, and usage data in accordance with Google's policies. • Google Play In-App Billing: If you purchase an ad-free upgrade or premium features, transactions are securely processed directly by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details or credit card information.
• Android Text-to-Speech (TTS): The App utilizes the on-device Text-to-Speech engine provided by your operating system or Google TTS to synthesize speech. Voice audio is generated locally on your device.

4. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information via our third-party services, please contact us so we can take necessary steps.

5. Data Security

We value your trust and strive to protect any information handled through the App. Because we do not operate backend servers that store personal user records, your configuration data remains contained within your local device environment.
